Findon Valley Residents' Association

Protecting the interests of the Findon Valley community and the countryside around us

Welcome to the Findon Valley Residents' Association

The Findon Valley Residents' Association (FVRA) welcomes anyone who lives or works or has a business in Findon Valley to become a member of the association. We hope that  everyone will enjoy the amenities and services that our locality has to offer, whilst at the same time appreciating the efforts of what we do in looking after the needs and interests for the community.

We strive to look after the interests of the local residents on issues like planning, environment, amenities, road safety and highways. Over the years we have developed close working relationships with Vale School, Adur & Worthing Council and West Sussex County Council alongside other voluntary groups with similar interests to ours. We also organise social events to promote the local community spirit. Proceeds from these events enable us to make donations to local charities.

Please feel free to explore our website to see what the FVRA is all about as well as get to know our delightful and thriving community and our location in West Sussex.

A Police Community Support Officer has advised that a scammer is active in the valley. He approaches residents with an offer to do garden work, if accepted he does a minimal amount of work and then demands payment which is well in excess of the value of work carried out.

You are advised to check the credentials of anyone who cold calls and offers to do any work for you. If you have any suspicions you should decline the offer and contact the police on 101.
