I write further to my letter of 9th November 2004 advising you of the above appeal made to the Secretary of State for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. The appeal is to be considered by way of a Public Inquiry to be held at The Richmond Room, (next to The Assembly Hall), Stoke Abbot Road, Worthing on Tuesday 22nd November 2005, commencing at 10.00 am. The Inquiry is expected to run for three days.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will conduct the Inquiry and will subsequently determine the appeal. The appellant's and the Council's statements are available for you to see at the address given at the top of the letter.

Please note that you may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, give your own views.
